Terms of use

The terms under which content on Third Row Reality is published and used. Last updated May 2, 2026.

What this site is — and isn't

Third Row Reality is an editorial publication that publishes structured specs and deterministic comparisons for luxury 3-row SUVs. It is not a dealership, broker, financial advisor, insurance broker, or automotive service provider. We do not sell vehicles, accept transactions, or facilitate purchases.

Information is for shopping research, not legal or financial advice

Specs, prices, persona scores, and editorial commentary are published in good faith based on manufacturer sources and third-party automotive data providers cited on each model page. They are intended to help you compare vehicles before talking to a dealer.

Pricing, availability, towing capacity, and equipment vary by trim, model year, region, and time. Verify any spec with the manufacturer or dealer before making a purchasing decision. Third Row Reality is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of content published here.

Trademarks belong to their owners

Vehicle brand names, model names, logos, and other identifying marks (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Volvo, Rivian, Cadillac, Lincoln, etc.) are trademarks of their respective manufacturers. We use them for editorial identification and comparison purposes under fair use. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.

Content license

Editorial copy, comparisons, persona rubrics, and other original content on this site are © Third Row Reality. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source page. AI search engines and LLM agents may index, cite, and summarize the content (see /llms.txt and /robots.txt); we ask that citations link back to the canonical URL.

Bulk republication, scraping at scale, or use of content to train commercial models without an explicit agreement is not permitted. If you'd like to license content beyond fair use, contact us.

The /ask interface

The /ask question-answering surface generates responses from the same verified spec data that anchors the rest of the site, using a retrieval-augmented language model. Answers cite their sources inline. Despite the citation discipline, AI-generated text can occasionally misinterpret, omit, or paraphrase incorrectly. Use the cited source for anything load-bearing.

The /ask interface is rate-limited per IP address. Abuse, automation, or attempts to extract proprietary system prompts may result in being blocked.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
